Kale ‘Toscano’

Italian heirloom, also known as “dinosaur” kale. Dark, blue-green strap leaves with a gently scalloped margin. Its sweet, nutty flavor intensifies as temperatures dip. One of the more robust and vigorously growing varieties, it’s cold hardy and best as a winter or spring crop and its leaves are more tender and richer in flavor than other varieties.
