Schizachyrium scoparium ‘ECGSS’

This is a new addition to the little bluestem selection of native ornamental grasses. It has green and creamy-white variegated foliage with a pale pink blush in spring and fall. Winter color darkens to burgundy. Mounding to about 18″ with flowers spiking to 30″, it is an eye-catching grass for borders or in a combination planter.
