All Peaches

Freestone – A fruit having a pit which the flesh does not cling to, but breaks free easily.

Standard:
Grows up to 18-20 feet tall and wide
Plant 20 feet apart

Semi-Dwarf:
Gros up to 8-12 feet tall and wide
Plant 12 feet apart

Dwarf:
Grows up to 5-6 feet tall and wide
Plant 6 feet apart

Harvest:
Ready for picking when the fruit is well colored–the skin changes from green to yellow–and the flesh gives slightly to the touch. Ripe fruit shows no green; it is slightly soft and pulls away from the stem when you lift the fruit with a slight twisting motion.
